Party Refund Policy: Refunds are not given in cases where participants are unable to attend event after paying for tickets. Store credit will be given if cancellation is made before project is prepped for event. If the project has already been prepped, then a DIY paint kit with directions will be given to be completed at home on your own time. No shows that have paid will be given the opportunity to pick their sign board, stencil, and limited supplies up in a “kit” with instructions to complete at home on their own time. Depending on circumstances and my discretion, canceled parties may be able to be re-booked for a later time. I reserve the right to cancel a party due to a low number of advanced registrations. I also reserve the right to cancel a party due to severe weather conditions in which the roads have been deemed unsafe to drive on. In this case, I will work with the host or public venue to reschedule. Credit can be given to those unable to attend rescheduled event, to use at a future event. Store credit is good for 6 months from original purchase date.
