I accept SOME refunds or will exchange items. Please see restrictions below.
Custom orders:
Due to the nature of these items, I can not accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Even so, please contact me immediately if you are displeased with your purchase.
Other returns/exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact me within 24 hours of delivery/pickup and send a photo of the damage. Arrangements will be made on a case to case basis to replace or refund merchandise or remedy situation as agreed upon.
My signs are made from different types of wood, based on the project. Commonly used are Pine, a beautiful Maple or Baltic Birch cabinet grade plywood, cedar, or pressure treated for some outdoor items. Wood is a natural product and has natural flaws and imperfections such as knots and divots. All wood stains and paints differently. These natural blemishes add beauty and character to your piece and therefore are not acceptable reasons for returns/exchanges. Each item is handcrafted, meaning no 2 items will be exactly alike. Colors will vary based on computer monitor display differences. Please don’t expect me to match a piece exactly to your home decor color by way of a computer image.
Orders are typically made within 7-10 days. This is before item is shipped. This may change as seasons and holidays come and go.
